As an herbalist and Health Practitioner,I have used dowsing quite a bit over the last few years.I have attended workshops,read books on dowsing and thought I knew quite a lot on the subject.Until I picked up Elizabeth Brown's book on dowsing....now I realise what I have been missing.
I found the book to be well written,very informative on the subject,corrective and inspiring.
I feel that the book will appear most attractive to those in the Health Business. A must for anyone who wants to take dowsing seriously.Loved the chapters dealing with focusing and intention and attention.Also her sample questions on what to ask whilst dowsing was most helpful.Everything you need to know about getting started in dowsing is here and the many references made to renowned authors and scientific experts added to it's appeal
Elizabeth Brown, in my opinion,is an enlightened person,with a very good grasp on on the subject of energy,spirituality,beliefs,the painbody,feelings and emotions ....subjects discussed in her book.She actually gently and powerfully,guides you on a path to spiritual growth in this book on dowsing.Maybe this is what makes this book stand out from the rest.After all, the best dowsers will always be those that have worked on themselves spiritually.

This book is a bit long winded and sometimes overly stressing some key points, but for pure information on dowsing especially how it works, this book is the most complete on the subject. I have been a dowser since the 80's and I wish this book was available when I was starting out. So, if you want to know the how to's and the why's of dowsing, you can't go wrong buying this book.

This book is an amazing piece of work and inspiration on the philosophy of the mechanics of the energetic universe. It clearly sets out the common issues we may face in life when things are not in alignment with universal law and the energy grids running in the earth and in etheric space. It also illustrates how to access the information, through dowsing, for changing any detrimental energies. As an architect, I have been working with people, their homes and their land for the past 40 years and this book embraces the philosophical and practical environmental aspects affecting personal health in great detail. Elizabeth Brown shows that it is by getting to the absolute core of what creates dissonance in daily life that we can be shown the solution and thus given the choice of taking personal responsibility in dealing with the issues that are revealed. So if you truly wish to make significant and long lasting changes to issues in life, then I would recommend this book to beginners as well as advanced practitioners in dowsing and other healing modalities.
