About the Author
Dr. Titu Andreescu is an associate professor of mathematics in the Science and Mathematics Education department at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Much of his career has been devoted to competition math, an efficient medium for teaching creative problem-solving for a wide-range of math topics. With over 30 years of experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring the brightest mathematical minds of our age, Dr. Andreescu's books are essential for every math enthusiast's library. Excellent source for problem solvers

Mathematical Reflections: the first two years, is an excellent book for anyone who has a passion for mathematics and has some background in problem solving.
The first two sections provide a compilation of well-selected elegant problems from all around the world, with thoroughly explained solutions. This large spectrum of problems gives the reader a deep satisfaction upon working through them and learning different techniques. In the third section the author assembled a collection of over thirty articles on fairly advanced topics that will surely benefit any reader interested in advanced mathematics.
With the seemingly endless amount of problems, the reader is guaranteed to find pleasure in this book, provided that he dedicates reasonable amount of time for it.

This is a tremendous resource for anyone interested in a global approach to interesting problems. The book is divided into 3 main sections: Problems, Solutions, and Articles contributed by math enthusiasts from all over the world to the online journal, Mathematical Reflections.
The Problem section is further divided into 4 levels: Junior, Senior, Undergraduate, and Olympiad. The Articles section delves deeply into areas of mathematics that are fun to explore and offer a vast array of topics to engage mathematicians at all levels.
With over 500 pages, this book provides an incredible journey into a world of fascinating mathematics.

This is the second book in the Mathematical Reflections series. As I noted in my review for the first book of the series, these problems are contributed by math enthusiasts from all over the world to the online journal, Mathematical Reflections.
The book has a Problems, Solutions, and Articles section and the levels are Junior, Senior, Undergraduate and Olympiad.
If you are interested in exploring a wide array of mathematical topics with individuals who are passionate and knowledgeable, this is the book for you. There are discoveries to be made in the fields of Geometry and Algebra, of course, but also in other areas such as Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Graph Theory.
