Thought control is essential to happiness, since you must choose to be happy and not wait for outside circumstances to put you in a good mood. This book takes a down-to-earth, common-sense approach to guiding your thoughts in a positive direction. I especially like the chapter on charity, as I have personally found that serving others is one of the most positive and rewarding things you can do. There's a lot of truth to be found here. I give it 5 stars.
